Quick answers
I signed up but haven't gotten any texts
That is usually correct rather than broken. BuildWatch only texts when something is actually filed near an address you saved, which for most addresses is a few times a year. Your dashboard shows everything found near you so far.
How do I stop the texts?
Reply STOP to any message, or turn off text alerts in Settings. Replying STOP stops everything immediately, including sign-in codes, so use Settings if you still want to be able to sign in.
My county isn't covered
BuildWatch covers Lexington, Richland and Kershaw counties today. Email me which county you want and I will add you to the list for it. That list is how I decide what to add next.
Cancel or delete my account
Both are in Settings, no email required. Payment & invoices cancels a paid plan and keeps the free one; Delete account removes everything.
Something in an alert looks wrong
Please tell me, and include the case number. Alerts are summaries of county agendas and the county's own packet is the official record. If BuildWatch got something wrong I want to fix it that day.
